Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or need a different size, you may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customer responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If Kingdom Builders sent you the wrong item, wrong size, or your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and, once approved, arrange for the correct item or an appropriate replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange Requirements
Items will not be eligible for exchange if they have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original tags.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
